Shipping Policy


COVID-19 Shipment Update 

Due to the unprecedented and unpredictable situation we find ourselves in at the moment, we are experiencing long delays on some shipments reaching our customers because of the demand currently being placed on delivery services. We are working closely with our partners to ensure all deliveries arrive safely and on time.

Unfortunately, this means that we may need longer to process your order than you are used to. We therefore ask for your understanding and assure you that we will do everything to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

We are doing all we can to ensure that your products get to you as fast as we can, but we know that you, our lovely customers, will understand if there is a bit of a delay whilst we adjust to new ways of working.

Processing time: 

In this time, we complete order verification, tailoring, quality checks and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

Shipping time: 

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Countries with 8 to 13 days Delivery Time:

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, Spain, France & Germany.

Countries with 10 to 18 days Delivery Time:

Netherlands, Austria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Mexico, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, and The Slovak Republic.

While approximately 90% of items should be received within 7-20 business days, some may exceed 15-30 days for their arrival.  It is our intent to alert you if an item will take longer than usual.  As always, you may contact us should you have any questions or concerns via our contact page.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs and Taxes:

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
